Meet the Team
Lauren: Operations Director
Lauren has been with Pendulum for 9+ years, working in admin, expenses, payroll & now she is our Operations Director. She loves to learn new things & expand her knowledge. She has a Degree in Criminology from Edge Hill University which she says helps her solve any murder mystery documentary! Outside of work, Lauren loves to go on holiday with her friends and family, often making her annual leave allowance stretch on forever! When she is at home you can find Lauren spending time with her niece.
Matt: Sales/Account Manager
Matt has been with Pendulum in the sales department since February 2021! He joined us from a rich background including working as an accountant & working within Rail Recruitment. In his spare time he enjoys a game of golf & attending LFC Games. Most of all Matt loves spending time with his Daughter & Wife, going on as many adventures as they can with their rescue dog Ali. His Movie & TV knowledge is apparently unrivalled in the office always wanting to join in on Quiz nights & events. He is always bringing sweets and cakes into the office much to the dismay of those who are dieting!
Victoria: Sales/Account Manager
Victoria joined Pendulum in February 2021, as a sales director her main responsibility in the office is ensuring that new and existing clients are well taken care of! Victoria loves to visit with clients and always arrives with a cake or 2! In her spare time she also runs a Pilates studio and walking her dog Lady Penelope at the Beach.
Laura: Finance and Accounts Manager
Laura has been with Pendulum for 9 years, working her way through each department (and always leaving the department better than how she found it!) She is currently working in our Finance and Accounts department. Laura is also Ad Hoc PA to the Director, and is always aware of his whereabouts! Laura would describe herself as Angela from the office! She is self-proclaimed ‘Best Brewer’ in the office, always 1st to make the morning tea! She has over 50 tattoo’s & is always available for a quiz night!
Jessica: Finance and Accounts Manager
Jessica is one of our Finance and Accounts managers at Pendulum, having been with the company for 9 years & working through Admin, Expenses, Payroll and finally into Finance. Jessica is currently undergoing her AAT accounts qualification with the full support of Pendulum as part of the apprenticeship scheme. Jessica loves to attend concerts in her spare time, and can always be seen around the office in a new concert T-shirt! She is a massive Harry Potter Fan, sporting a number of tattoo’s.
Jenny: Payroll Administrator
Jenny is a Payroll Administrator within Pendulum, having worked in the company for 8 years there isn’t much Jenny doesn’t know about Payroll! Jenny spends her spare time with her husband and 2 children and loves going on holiday! Jenny also is an amazing baker – we have spent numerous years trying to convince her to go on the Great British Bake Off! The office always loves it when Jen brings in cupcakes & cookies!
Annie: Payroll Administrator
Originally from Cardiff, Annie moved to Liverpool 8 years ago for University and loved it that much she never left! Annie joined Pendulum in January 2022 as part of the admin department. Annie has recently had a promotion and joined the payroll department, taking her admin knowledge and applying it to her new role. In her spare time Annie loves playing pool in the pub, but be warned she plays to win! She is most likely to be the last man standing on any night out, always with the best ‘last night’ stories!
Sarah: Payroll Administrator
Sarah started with Pendulum in July 2022. Sarah has worked since leaving school at 16 trying different roles in different companies. Sarah joined Pendulum’s payroll department bringing a breath of fresh air to the company. After a busy day in the office, Sarah enjoys training her lovely dog Freddy & taking him on long walks. Her favourite thing to watch is a good Documentary!
